The shipping of your order

Orders are generally shipped within 1 day after receipt of payment (completion of order via credit card payment by 12 noon are shipped the same day).

They are shipped via BRT/GLS express courier with tracking within the customer's personal page in the "order history and details" section. In case you would like another courier, we are also subscribed with DHL and SDA, so in case you would like a different courier or a different service with extra charge (e.g. Saturday delivery), please indicate it in the order notes when confirming the order or by contacting us via email, phone or WhatsApp.

Shipping charges include handling and packaging charges and freight charges. Handling charges are fixed, while transportation charges vary depending on the total volume of the shipment. Normally for orders of clothing and footwear products do not affect the cost which is zeroed for orders over € 50.00, exceptions are deliveries of costumes or equipment for which it must be calculated as they are very bulky items. However, we advise you to group your items in one order. It is not possible for us to group two separate orders placed separately, so shipping costs will be charged on each.

The complexity of combinations of sizes, half sizes, colors, widths, hardnesses and other variants of professional dance items, unfortunately, do not allow us to be able to maintain a complete and constant stock, we apologize for this, but we beg to propose and order as quickly as possible. In the case of items not in stock you will be contacted with the delivery forecast for order confirmation. You will be able to decide whether to confirm or cancel the order with immediate refund. At some particular times and days we may be late with this type of communication, so if delivery by a certain date is important, please contact us before or after placing your order or at any time that is suitable for you.

The delivery of your order

If the recipient is absent, the courier will leave a notice with details and time and will normally come back the next day for a second attempt at about the same time. It is possible to contact the area office to arrange for pickup at the appropriate BRT/GLS location.
