The shipping of your order

Orders are generally shipped within 1 business day after receipt of payment. Orders confirmed with credit card payment by noon are normally shipped the same day.

Shipments are made Monday through Thursday. On Fridays, shipments take place only in cases of absolute necessity and upon advance request by the customer.

Packages are shipped by BRT or GLS express courier. On request, other couriers (DHL, SDA) or special services (e.g. Saturday delivery) can be used, with possible extra charge. If so, please specify this in the order notes or contact us via e-mail, phone or WhatsApp.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and transportation costs. Handling charges are fixed, while transportation costs vary depending on the total volume of the shipment. Normally for orders of clothing and footwear products they do not affect the cost which is zeroed for orders over € 60.00, exceptions are deliveries of costumes or equipment for which it must be calculated as these are very bulky items for which a specific cost will be calculated and communicated afterwards, after the order has been processed. However, we recommend that you group your items into one order. It is not possible for us to group two separate orders placed separately, so shipping costs will be charged on each.

Due to the complexity of variations (sizes, half sizes, colors, widths, hardnesses) typical of professional dance items, immediate in-stock availability cannot always be guaranteed. If items are out of stock, you will be promptly contacted with an estimated delivery time for confirmation. You will be able to decide whether to confirm or cancel your order with immediate refund.

In the event that the order is partially available, it will be possible to request a partial shipment. In this case, the first shipment will be free of charge, while for the next shipment (related to the items in restock) a contribution to shipping costs may be required, if the value of the remaining items is less than € 60.00.

For urgent deliveries or deliveries with specific deadlines, please contact us before placing your order or otherwise as soon as possible.

The delivery of your order

If the recipient is absent, the courier will leave a notice with details and time and will normally come back the next day for a second attempt at about the same time. It is possible to contact the area office to arrange for pickup at the appropriate BRT/GLS location.
