Our customer service operates Monday through Thursday, uring which time requests received via email, phone or WhatsApp are andled promptly and with priority.
On Fridays and Saturdays, due to the higher footfall in our physical stores and the inability to have an operator dedicated exclusively to online support, response times may be longer.
We encourage you, if possible, to contact us by Thursday to receive quick support.
