Our return and replacement goods policy has as its main objective the full satisfaction of our customers' needs!

To this end, we try to provide a complete and efficient service, and for this we need your cooperation.

How to return goods

If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return the goods, requesting an exchange or refund. The return must be communicated and authorized by UniversoDanza within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Such communication must be made in writing and sent to our Customer Service Department by conveniently clicking on the WhatsApp icon. The cost of making the return is the responsibility of the customer, while shipping with replacement items will be free of charge. Once we receive the returned goods this will be checked and, if deemed intact and fit for sale, an exchange or refund will be made.

Exceptions: Dance Schools, Academies, Dance Companies and small purchasing groups may have customized return policies agreed upon directly with our Customer Service Department.

What can be rendered?

Products in order to be exchanged or refunded must:

* be kept in their original packaging;

* bear the original labels;

* show no clear signs of use;

* have the factory defects complained of.

Refund policy

In the event that you choose to cancel your order, we will arrange for a refund within 10 days of receipt of the returned merchandise.

The refund will be made by Bank Transfer, after providing the bank details of the account to which the transfer is to be made.
